VSSO members have been invited to present on various surgical oncology topics at both veterinary and human continuing education (CE) meetings. As surgeons with sub-specialist training in surgical oncology, full and honorary VSSO members have a high level of experience in the surgical treatment of oncologic disease and are able to provide valuable and topical CE for technicians, house officers, and graduated veterinarians on the appropriate diagnostic techniques, treatment options, and postoperative management of animals with cancer.
